Since 1984, Downtown Athletic Club has been providing quality & programs services with superior facilities as a full service health club in downtown Miami, FL. Downtown Miami is dynamic and bustling with life. B-Street: Hey all you B-Boys and B-Girls, we have just the class for you! Street is a blend of hip hop and street style dancing designed to work you out while having fun. This class is open to all levels.

Body Blast: A total body workout that will leave you exhausted but looking and feeling great.

Body in Balance: Join certified trainer Thomas (TTT) for an exceptional one hour class and learn the principles of creating the proper chain of mobility, stability, and flexibility throughout the body to enhance performance. The exercises will include: - Movement preparation - Static stretching - Foam rolling - Functional movements with tempo - Stabilization - Corrective exercises - Core training

BOX 2b FIT: BOX 2b FIT is a new class using boxing and martial arts. With two certified personal trainers as your instructors, you recieve excellent attention and training. Please bring your own gloves. If you need to get a pair, come to class and the intstrcutor will guide you to a great deal.

Cardio Sculpt: An exceptional class designed to help tone, sculpt and define the body. Part dance, part weight training, this class is as entertaining as it is effective.

Chisel: A complete body scultping workout that will leave you tight, tone and looking caliente!

Dance Rhythms: Dance away the calories with this high energy and exciting dance based class. Club, Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin, Rock - have fun with them all in this class. This class is for anyone looking to get in shape and have fun. No experience necessary - just come and enjoy!

Executive Express: Workout under the direction of a certified personal trainer. This class is not your typical class - here you will be lifting weights and cranking up the heart and lungs with interval cardiovascular training. Executive Express is an exceptional way to get into shape.

Fit LAB: Fit LAB, (L) legs, (A) abs, (B) butt 30 minutes of intense target work on areas that everyone needs help with. This class is perfect for all elvels of ability.

Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga includes meditation and exercises to help you improve flexibility and breathing, decrease stress, and maintain health.

Latin Rhythms: Miguel is back! Enjoy hot dance moves to sizzlin' Latin tunes under the direction of world class dancer Miguel Guerra.

Metabolic Meltdown: An hour of total body sculpting and toning. This class is not only effective but fun as well. Under the direction of celebrity instructor Lisa Connor, results are guaranteed!

Power Spin: Bike your way to fitness with this exceptional cardiovascular class. Recent industry studies show that Spinning is one of the fastest ways to get into and stay in shape. Come prepared with plenty of water and see your instructor prior to class if you are a first time rider.

Power Train: A great class to begin your day. Workout under the direction of celebrity instructor Lisa Connor, cardio, weights, toning - you get it all with this class.

Power Yoga: Power yoga describes a vigorous, fitness-based approach yoga.

Saturday Morning Boot Camp: Start your weekend off right with our special Saturday Morning Bootcamp. This could be the best workout of your life! Meet at the Club at 8:30 AM. See you at class.

Spinning: Bike your way to fitness with this exceptional cardiovascular class. Recent industry studies show that Spinning is one of the fastest ways to get into and stay in shape. Come prepared with plenty of water and see your instructor prior to class if you are a first time rider.

The Body Shop: 20/20/20 Step, Cardio, Sculpt, this class has it all and is sure to get you in great shape.

Tightly Toned Abs: A fun but intense workout desgined to tone the abdominals and core muscles.

Turbo Sculpt: The grand daddy of classes, this classes is a muscle strengthening and endurance workout for the entire body. Not a dance based class.

Urban Boot Camp: A great mix of traditional exercise and fun and effective cross training maneuvers. This is not a dance class but is a toning and weight loss class. All levels welcome!

Vinyasa Yoga: In Vinyasa style yoga classes, poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.

Zumba: Dance your calories and worries away to hot Latin tunes in an energy charged environment. This class is one of the most popular classes in the nation - come find out why.
